How This Work Works

Most women were taught how to function, not how to listen.

We learned how to push through; how to be productive; how to be “fine” even when something inside us was asking for attention.

My work is about learning how to come back to yourself.

Your body is always communicating. Through sensation, emotion, and patterns you’ve learned to ignore. When you begin to notice what’s actually happening inside you, everything changes.

Awareness creates choice. Choice is what moves you out of autopilot.

I don’t give answers. I help you learn how to hear yourself.

The tools may look different: the moon, cycles, tarot, meditation, embodied practices… but the work is always the same:

  • Listening.

  • Feeling.

  • Trusting what you know.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about building a relationship with yourself.

A four-month, cohort-based experience for women moving through real change.

This is not about becoming someone new. It’s about coming back to yourself in a deeper, more honest way.

Inside this container, we work with awareness as a lived skill. You learn how to notice what’s happening inside you, stay present with it, and trust yourself as you move through transition.

Solid In Self is offered seasonally and is not always open.

1-on-1 Coaching

Private, individualized support for women who want to work closely & intentionally.

This is for women who want something shaped around them. Who are ready to slow down and listen to what their body, emotions, and life are asking for.

Our work together is responsive and personal. There’s no fixed formula. We follow what’s present and what wants your attention.
