How is this different?
I coach my clients by listening deeply to my intuition and using tools like tarot to guide me. P.S. I want to share my heart and my story with you….
In 2015 my first son was stillborn at 27 weeks. I was absolutely devastated and heartbroken. Looking back, I didn’t give myself the opportunity to grieve because I wanted a baby so badly that not long after I got pregnant with my son. Then my daughter came along and I was distracted by taking care of them. Then, when my youngest was 10 months old at the end of 2020 I lost my mom. The grief was unbearable some days. I recognize that the compilation of both losses, along with other significant losses at the time (my Grandma, and father in law) started to take its toll. I was sad, feeling lost, and wondering if I would ever feel like ME again.
I wanted so badly to just FEEL GOOD. I was tired of feeling exhausted all the time. I was tired of feeling so sad. I knew I needed to feel the grief, and I also knew I deserved to live a happy life, feel great, and enjoy my babies and family. I knew it was what my mom would want for me too.
I decided to take my health in my own hands. I hired coaches to help me with my nutrition and fitness and I committed to taking care of myself above everything else. I quit doing a lot of stuff that didn’t make sense anymore, I took a month long trip to Gulf Shores with my family, I became obsessed with the moon cycle and my own cycle, and started to really get to know ME again. The ME after having 3 babies.
The ME after sitting by my mom’s side as she took her last breath.
The ME that I was now on the other side of all that grief and loss.
I’m still on my journey, and always will be to healing my heart.
Journaling, cyclical living, tarot, movement, nature, and community gave me my life back.
Now I want to give you the same.

When I experienced this transformation, everything shifted. I no longer felt burdened by people-pleasing, and I finally learned how to create boundaries that honored who I truly am. This journey empowered me to step into my full self, and that’s what I’ll now help you do through "Tuned In."
I’ve been where you are. I know how exhausting it is to constantly give to others, and I’ve successfully guided countless women through their own transformations. My approach is deeply rooted in a blend of intuitive practices like tarot, journaling, and embodiment—allowing you to slow down, connect, and fully understand your needs.
