Hours spent at a normal Full time 40 hour/week job in one month: 320

Some thoughts on how I spent my time: This month was BUSY with parties, but man was it FUN. I met a lot of new people, I sold over $6,000 worth of Tupperware and I made more money this month than I ever have with Tupperware. I am seeing more and more, as a leader, while you want to set an example for your team, and “lead” them, the best way for you to do that is to work YOUR OWN BUSINESS. You party, they party. You quit partying, they quit partying. It’s really as simple as that.

I spent some time putting together a posting schedule and being more conscious of how much time I am wasting on social media. I know its an effective tool for business, but it can be a HUGE time suck. So I am working on ways to decrease the amount of time I’m spending on Facebook and instagram, and getting back to ways I can move my business forward. I am currently working on some email things I think are going to be very fun in the future!

I have been having my niece Sierra come over after school and she has been helping me with all of the inviting, host folder prep, unwrapping of Tupperware and other “busy” work. It is so helpful to have her help for a few hours. While it’s a small investment to pay for the help, it makes my days so much better, and helps me be more prepared, so its TOTALLY worth it.

How do I feel about the month? This month was AWESOME! I’m excited for our team and where the Party Animals are going. I am starting to do one on one coaching calls and am constantly learning about my team members and their strengths. This is my passion. Finding all the amazingness in others, and then helping them find ways to bring it out into the world!

What went right? So many things went right this month. I partied a ton, we recruited, we finally hit over $20,000 in team sales, and I KNOW its because I front loaded my month and did the majority of my sales and partying in the first 2 weeks.

What went wrong?  Not much went wrong. I would love to see a few more team members out there partying and working their Tupperware business, only because I know what it CAN be if you really want it. Problem is, I can’t make someone else want it. Personally, I want to spend more time on my own customers and hosts and make them feel super special, so I’m working on streamlining my process, communicating better with my systems in place to make it SUPER simple for all involved.

What will I do different next month?  I am going to work on an email newsletter for my customers, that comes personally from me, and also I would love to put together some sort of ‘ELITE HOSTESS’ club for those hostesses that TOTALLY ROCKED their parties! I have so many amazing hosts I need to start highlighting them more! I am going to send my car back so that I can start receiving the $325 car cash every month, to increase our monthly earnings from Tupperware.
