lake leadership: Ag day

We had our last day of touring for Lake Leadership. We started at Golden Grain Energy with a tour of their plant. I can't believe how much ethanol they produce there!

Then we went to the ISU extension office, heard about their great resources, and got to plant some vegetable seeds.

We finished up the day at Sukup manufacturing. Their new building is really great--its a huge operation!

Next month is our graduation from Lake Leadership.  Hard to believe its been 9 months since we started--we celebrate with plane rides!
