what you’ll do inside…
Right away you’ll start to become more aware of your own cycles, the moon’s cycle, prioritizing what’s important based on your energy and the energy of the collective. Using the Self Awareness Guide you’ll connect the phases to an element and focus of wellness, helping you know how to best support yourself, keeping you solid.
At the beginning of each week you’ll fill out a weekly ritual, a journaling practice that prepares you for the week, outlining what’s most important to you, how you want to feel, your intention for the week, and any guidance you received from your tarot and oracle cards. And don’t worry, if you don’t use cards, but want to, this course is the place to learn how.
Each month you focus on a different aspect of wellness:
Month 1: Physical + Basics of Menstrual cycle phases
Month 2: Emotional + Basics of Moon cycle phases
Month 3: Spiritual + Basics of oracle and tarot cards
Month 4: Mental + Basics of breathwork
During each month, you’ll work through a series of journaling exercises that make you dig deep into what is most important and from that you’ll create RICHUALS (routines with intention that enrich your life) for each aspect of wellness.
