burrito bowls.
one: cooked quinoa, onions, jalapeños, black beans and corn
two: carrots, broccoli and cauliflower diced up in my power chef chopper
three: 2 chicken breasts, baked in my tupperware ovenware, seasoned with homemade taco seasoning (from Iowa Girl Eats).this makes a great gift too!
four: fresh squeezed lemon juice into the guacamole.
five: the finished product. so yummy!
six: homemade guacamole in the power chef chopper. insider tip: wash anything that has avocado on it right away, it likes to stick!
seven: shredded up the baked taco flavored chicken with my tupperware power chef chopper!
eight: chopped up lettuce for the base of the burrito bowl (stored in a tupperware fridgesmart, of course!)
nine: a small amount of shredded cheese.
These burrito bowls were delicious, healthy and filling. A great way to start the new year!
