6 month check up

Its been 6 months since we became nursery owners:

Time flies when you are having fun!

How are things going, you ask?

Pretty darn good.

We survived our first spring and open house weekend.

We tried a Labor Day sale and did radio advertising.

I took a quickbooks course and realized I have a lot to learn about accounting. <--yikes!

We've cleaned up and cleared out the nursery a lot.

We've learned about all the plants and inventory and are already ordering our Spring 2015 inventory (how is that possible?!?)

We're doing some bigger landscaping projects this fall: Clear Lake Sea Wall and Cannonball in Mason City.

And, we couldn't have asked for a better crew to help us in our first season.

Overall, its been a great 6 months. We have a lot of dreams and goals for the future, but its hard to believe how far we have come in a short 6 months!
