Fruit popsicles!

Popsicles are one of my FAVORITE things to have when the weather is HOT, however I don't love the sugar filled popsicles that are available, especially for my little guy.

I was excited to use up some of my frozen fruit in my freezer experimenting with this recipe (oops...I have the best intention of making healthy smoothies, then never get around to it!) I pulled out the frozen fruit that I had stored in my Freeze-It containers (it had been in there for months with very little freezer burn--thank you for that wonderful technology Tupperware!)  I put these 2 ingredients in the blender, and 5 minutes later had popsicles in the freezer!

FRUIT POPSICLES

fresh squeezed orange juice (2 oranges)

2 cups frozen fruit (strawberry, mango, and pineapple mix)

put it in blender and blend.

Fill lollituops popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours. Pull out one popsicle, let thaw for a couple minutes or run under warm water until the mold loosens. Pull out of the blue mold, place blue mold on the bottom of the popsicle (to catch the drips) and let them ENJOY!

These are perfect for Holtan's little hands to hold on to!
