local gift idea #1: live love yoga.

image-1First up on my "local gift" ideas, is my favorite yoga studio.  This is maybe something you wouldn't think of, but giving the gift of yoga is probably one of the nicest things anyone can do. Yoga is for everyone. It's a great way to honor your body, no matter where you are in your journey. From learning how to relax and breath, to learning new ways to stretch your muscles, yoga teaches you to become more aware of what's happening in your body and mind. IMG_2130 My friend Amy Bell (pictured above) owns a yoga studio in Mason City, above Market 124, called Live Love Yoga.  She offers punch cards for 5 and 10 yoga sessions at a discounted price ($45 and $85 respectively), but you could also just purchase a one time class for someone that maybe just wants to try yoga ($10).  And for those that are shy about going to a class, she offers one on one sessions for $40. IMG_2129

Her studio is very open and inviting.IMG_2128

And if you don't have a mat or any of the "supplies," she's got you covered. IMG_2127Consider giving the gift of yoga to a loved one, everyone can benefit from yoga!

Visit Live Love Yoga's Facebook page for more information and to purchase the gift of yoga for someone you love!
