A few weeks ago, I took a day trip to Seed Savers in Decorah. Woah that place is cool.

My main mission was to check out the place (market research) and also gather some information for our "Edible Landscaping" presentation for Garden Club. And of course, I couldn't leave without getting some seeds.

And a few books...its official, I'm addicted to gardening books, and this place didn't help any...

I am drawn to the bright colors of the peppers.

And I love the dramatic color contrast of the plants. I will be doing this next year.

I love the retail building...I hope we can have something similar in the future.

What an amazing place. In July, they have conference and camp out with lots of education seminars. I planned to go last year, but wasn't able to make it, but it is a priority next year.

If you have a chance to go to Seed Savers, I highly recommend it.
