veggie deviled eggs..
I never made deviled eggs until I started selling tupperware. It did;t even cross my mind that they could be a healthy, portable meal for us. Since I got my egg inserts on super sale, I have made deviled eggs twice...the second time, I put veggies and greek yogurt in them to make them healthier!
Here's what I did...
Boiled 4 eggs s0 we each got 2 full eggs, or 4 halves.
Peel your eggs, cut in half, and take out the yolks.
Chop up a few small florets of broccoli and cauliflower, and 2-3 baby carrots (or one small carrot), and a small handful of swiss chard (or spinach would work) very fine.
***use your Tupperware power chef chopper`***
Add the removed yolks, 1 TBSP of mayo, 1 TBSP of greek yogurt, and a scoop of mustard (optional). Add any spices you wish (dill, paprika, S&P, etc). Mix up in your power chef chopper.
Scoop a spoonful into each egg half.
1 serving = 4 halves = 6 ww points!
