Every Friday morning for at least a year, I was lucky enough to be a part of a group that shared yoga together. A lot of great things came out of that weekly gathering, new friendships, lifelong friendships, and this recipe. I honestly can't remember who first brought these in or shared them, but they were a big hit, and I've been making them ever since.
They are so easy to whip up in my tupperware thatsa bowl with my silicone spatula. I store mine in a tupperware vent n serve in the freezer, and just grab one when I'm headed out the door (disclaimer: the chia seeds do get stuck in your teeth, so make sure you check your teeth if you're headed out in public! ;)Every time I make them, they are a little different because I usually just use what I have on hand (prefer maple syrup to honey), but they are always delicious.
