I bet you all thought this post was going to be all about how I've been "juicing" with 'roids to bulk up. I'm sorry, my friends, instead its about experimenting with putting fruits and vegetables into my new juicer, guzzling it down, and seeing what effects it has on my body. So far I've tried 2 different juices: carrot/orange juice
and a refreshing green juice which was my favorite.
One thing I've learned, juicing is a lot of prep work and clean up. While I'm sure the benefits of juice are great, I haven't decided if its worth all the work....Do you juice?
